We’re going back to TheICOM.org – The 70th International Conference on Missions!
This year, www.goodmissionaryinsurance.com and Good Neighbor Insurance will once again be sponsoring/exhibiting at The International Conference on Missions, November 15-18, 2018 helping thousands of people save money on the best missionary insurance at the best prices!
We love missions and the blessing they are to both participants and to those touched by their labor. We also realize the critical need of good, trusted missionary insurance for those GOING, both as short-term missions teams and as long-term missionaries. Since most missions are self-funded through the kind gifts of friends, churches, and families, we offer affordable emergency medical insurance worldwide with some of the best rates anywhere. (One of our plans is even cheaper than you could get going direct to our missionary insurance carrier because of a special contracted plan and price!)
Did you know (Missions insurance-related):
Did you know that missionary insurance is the same price if you go through a broker like www.goodmissionaryinsurance.com or if you buy direct from a carrier? It’s true. But when you contact Good Neighbor, you also get truly personalized service, you get to support worthy charities through a portion of your sale, AND you eliminate the guesswork of knowing which carrier or which plan is best for you, your age, where you are headed, and what you will be doing.
Not all carriers are the same and not all of their networks are as strong in particular areas of the world. Another added benefit is we know and can recommend a carrier based on knowing their response times, who is best at service, and their speed in paying claims. Sure, you can do tons of homework and try to apply to all of them yourself and then try to figure out which is best, or you can call 1(480) 813-9100 and let us do all that work for you, just like we do for hundreds of other missionaries and missions organizations.

Did you know (ICOM-related)?
The ICOM Conference started out as the missions conference of the Christian Church/Disciples of Christ (denomination) but has expanded/is open to all believers regardless of denomination. While there are some differences, the Christian Church is known for its non-sectarianism. There are few required statements of belief outside of knowing and proclaiming Christ and the Bible. They are known for the famous statement: “In essentials, Unity; In non-essentials, Liberty; and in all things, Charity.”
As mentioned, the one essential is acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and obedience to him in baptism. But there is no requirement to confess any other statement of belief or creed. It is not uncommon to find individuals who hold diametrically opposite beliefs within the same congregation affirming one another’s faith as sisters and brothers in Christ.
Our hope is that our participation in ICOM will help missionaries with their insurance questions, help steer them to the best (and most affordable) insurance plans, and make sure they have the best experience possible. We do this because we care.
We do this because we are Good Neighbor Insurance! If we can be of help to you or your family members/your church, we’d love to help!
